Jan Hemmelmann
Human Factors Engineer
As a Human Factors Engineer at Loring HF, I am responsible for supporting a variety of projects from early formative work all the way to validation studies. With previous experience applying human factors best practices in the medical industry, I devote my time to increasing safety and usability in medical devices. I am an eternally curious person, and I am passionate about optimizing use workflows.
My master’s degree in Human Factors and Engineering Psychology allows me to apply a deeper understanding of human cognition to my work. My thesis was focused on the analysis of electrodermal activity data captured using wearables.
