With client plans to launch a new consumer product and brand, we were engaged to conduct a variety of research and design activities to inform the design of the new pump, better ensure market success, and provide insights to inform future product design and marketing objectives. We used mixed research methods including stake holder interviews, competitive analysis, in-home contextual interviews, journey mapping, and online ethnography. Results was an overhaul of the user experience and a new visual brand language.
